  These people are very undependable. You set an appointment for someone to come out and give you an estimate on installing gas logs and they never show up or even call to reschedule. It is now 4 days later from the set appointment and I've still not heard from them. Undoubtedly they don't need anyone's business.

  Currently have service with Freeman. Called company to pay bill. Was put on hold only to be hung up on. Called back, put on hold again, and once again hung up on. Called a third time and phone went to after hours voicemail. YOU JUST LOST A CUSTOMER FOR WANTING TO GET OUT OF THE OFFICE BY 5:00.

  I bought 200$ worth of gas the other day and still havnt received any! I told them we were completely out of gas, with 2 young children and I am 35 weeks pregnant myself. We still haven’t gotten any gas and it was 16 degrees when I woke up this morning! I have a tank full of fish in my kitchen that have all frozen to death! I hope everyone at freeman gas enjoyed there warm nights sleep last night!
